If you are new, I entered a contest to design Wrangler’s next jean and made the TOP 5 finalist. I went to Greensboro, North Carolina and worked with the design team to make sure it was “do-able” and pitch the design to Wrangler…but, They don’t have a say…….YOU DO!
My jean is named Torque. My jeans are “in it for the long haul” In the mathematical world Torque is a synonym for WORK. Paying homage to the original WORK wear jean Wrangler started with in 1943.

I did it! My first Video and CONTEST! The original music got cut as I didn’t have Patty Loveless’s permission in time…I know she would let me if she knew…right! But, thankfully when you are an artist you are generally surrounded by talent. David Leon Emery came to my rescue and made some music in a jiffy. This time, I am planning the finalist video weather I need it or not! HELP ME NEED IT!

Just to fill you in on my week…I would hate for you to think that the Butt Therapist is on vaca… and I forgot to take you along. Two days ago I got a cold that hit me like a MACK TRUCK! I was down for the count. Any of you that know me personally, know that it would take a mack truck to slow me down.
So, I had to take some z’s, a gallon of OJ, decongestant that makes me turn red, I am almost through an entire bottle of Emergan-C and went to work as scheduled. In my spare time I have NOT updated this blog, my other one or …the other one. ALL Tweets are at a stand still and the same goes for all the FaceBook pages… I LOVE YOU! So, sorry for my absence… but I am knee deep in paper scraps, to-do lists and pages of notes scribbled in a notebook I have to make sense of in the next 24 hours (minus work hours and sleep time; which normally has no consideration) Sleep may be the only thing I need to get rid of this damn inconvenient COLD! Why don’t we ever get sick on our days off.. when you can actually BE SICK if you need to? Remember when we were kids and it meant movies, treats, no homework and you had someone to wait on you hand and foot until you were well. Those were the days…LONG GONE!
Just had my hair done…and… I am not so sure yet… It is nice, but I am so sensitive about it… I love you cuz! I am sure it will be fine come morning! Thankfully, I was multi-tasking while it was being painted. So, I DID actually get some work done. …sitting still, organizing my action plan and just thinking about jeans!
Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance (repeat)
Oh..my and I have to pack! I am overdo for a jaunt outside of the borders of this state and excited to GET OUTTA DODGE!
It has been pretty exciting to actually work on a pair of jeans with your “toosh” in mind… It has given me many ideas for jeans that I want in my own closet. My design is coming together there are so many options I find it difficult to narrow it down… and of course I did it my way. Build it and then… REFINE!
I am calling it a night early…as I still feel like I am being scrapped off the highway. Hoping that an early morning will turn it all around with some coconut coffee!
I have a couple posts for you but will wait until Wednesday morning when I fly out to North Carolina to meet the Wrangler Crew. (with my hand sanitizer).
