New President at 7 For All Mankind

April 15, 2011

Barry Miguel is the new president of Los Angeles–based premium-denim and lifestyle brand 7 For All Mankind, a division of VF Corp. Miguel, who fills the post vacated by Topher Gaylord in early 2010, assumes his new role on April 20.

Miguel was most recently the chief executive of New York–based designer brand Tracy Reese. His résumé includes stints at Nike, Zac Posen, Marc by Marc Jacobs Men, Versace, Esprit and Ermenegildo Zegna. Miguel is relocating to Los Angeles from New York and reports to Susan Kellogg, president of VF’s Contemporary Brands coalition, which includes the Los Angeles–based Ella Moss and Splendid labels as well as John Varvatos.

“Barry is a seasoned leader and strategist in growing high-profile contemporary brands,” Kellogg said in a statement. “He brings a broad base of skills and will be a tremendous asset to the 7 For All Mankind brand as we enter our next stage of growth.” —Erin Barajas
